Cancellation Policy
Our Booking & Cancellation Policy To secure your spiritual healing session, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit helps us to manage our schedule and ensure committed attendance for these deeply personal and energetically intensive sessions. Rescheduling Your Session: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. We'll be happy to transfer your deposit to your rescheduled session. Cancellations Without Rescheduling: Please note that if you cancel your session without rescheduling, or if you provide less than 24 hours' notice, the £10 deposit is non-refundable. A Calling, Not a Business: This spiritual work is a profound calling, a gift from God intended to bring healing and restoration. It is not undertaken for profit, but rather to humbly provide for the sustenance and provisions necessary for my family.
